TERMS
I, Amber Crawdord, owner of Spots 'R' Us Dalmatians, agree to sell the identified puppy above to puppy's new owner and _________________ agrees to pay the purchase price set forth above by cash, cashier's check, money order or PayPal to be paid in full by the time of purchase.
As a condition of this purchase I, Amber Crawford and Spots 'R' Us Dalmatians, represent the following:
1. Puppy is in good health and is up-to-date on all shots and examinations, having been seen and checked by a local vet. (Even though puppy has been
immunized, this does not guarantee immunity. Puppy must have series of shots for several weeks including final boosters.)
2. Puppy has been wormed with Strongid brand puppy wormer on __________________________________.
3. Puppy's sire and dam have passed BAER, Brucellosis and all other required examinations avaliable at their age..
4. Puppy's sire and dam can be traced to Dalmatians who have been registered with the Continental Kennel Club (CKC) or the American Kennel Club
(AKC), therefore giving a listing of full pedigree.
5. Agree to exchange puppy's new owner for new puppy of equal value if veterinarian detects problem or issue that was not known of by Spots 'R' Us
Dalmatians.
As a condition of this sale, I as new owner, agree as follows:
1. Puppy will be given a good home, including veterinary care, immunizations, and lots of love and affection.
2. I will make all reasonable attempts to follow the instructions given for raising this puppy.
3. I understand that this puppy IS/IS NOT sold with Breeding Rights and/or Full Registration..
4. I understand that if Breeding Right is allowed, I agreed to pay the full registration price.
5. I understand that if Breeding Right and/or Full Registration is not allowed, puppy must be spayed or neutered at appropriate age and after receiving written
confirmation of puppy being spayed/neutered from veterinarian, Spots 'R' Us Dalmatians will then mail myself, as new owner, puppy's registration papers.
6. If puppy is being shipped, I as new owner, agree to pay for the shipping and the veterinary certificate necessary for the shipping.
7. If I as owner am no longer able to provide a home for this puppy and can not place puppy in a suitable home, I agree to contact Spots 'R' Us Dalmatians
and return this puppy. Therefore NOT placing this puppy in a shelter or rescue league.
WARRANTY LIMITED 30 DAY AND ONE YEAR
I, Amber Crawford, owner of Spots 'R' Us Dalmatians, agree that this puppy is sold with a 30 day limited health guarantee that he or she is free of any harmful or life threatening diseases (Parvo, Distemper, Infuenza, Adino virus, Coronavirus) developed here at SpotsRus Dalmatians. Once this puppy has been examined by a licensed veterinarian, after recieveing a written statement from vet that puppy is in good standing condition, Spots 'R'Us Dalmatians will then give a 30 day health guarantee as well as a one year guarantee that he or she is free of genetic life threatening physical (Hearing, Sight, Hips, Elbows) and temperamental defects which would interfere with its ability to be a good pet to the new owner or cause great expense. Spots 'R' Us Dalmatians gives two days for new owner to have puppy examined by veterinarian of new owner's choice. In the case of veterinarian detecting a potential problem, Spots 'R' Us Dalmatian will exchange puppy for another of Spots 'R' Us Dalmatian's puppies.
This puppy is sold as a COMPANION/FUTURE BREEDER and IS/IS NOT sold for breeding purposes and/or with breeding rights. It is understood that if this puppy is not sold with breeding rights, I as new owner, will receive puppy's registration papers only after puppy has been spayed or neutered and Spots 'R' Us Dalmatians has been notified of this procedure by the veterinarian who performed the procedure. It is understood that if this puppy is sold with breeding rights, I as new owner, hereby agree to pay the full registration price set forth by Spots 'R' Us Dalmatians.
The warranty set forth in this contract is the sole warranty and is given in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. I as new owner's, sole remedy is under the warranty provision of this contract and Spots 'R' Us Dalmatians disclaims and will not be liable for any other damages including consequential damages, property damage, emotional distress, loss of use, business interruption or veterinary fees unless specifically set forth in this warranty provision.
GENERAL: Again, if for any reason during this puppy's lifetime, I as new owner need to find a new home for this puppy that Spots 'R' Us Dalmatians has sold me, Spots 'R' Us Dalmatians will assist in finding a new home or take the dog back rather than see it placed in a shelter. This contract sets forth the entire agreement between Spots 'R' Us Dalmatians and I as new owner and any inconsistentoral terms have no effect on this contract. If there is any dispute or litigation between Spots 'R' Us Dalmatians and I as new owner, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorneys fees and costs.
REGISTRATION:
The formal pedigree and Continental Kennel Club (CKC) or American Kennel Club (AKC) registration forms will be sent to you, as new owner, within 1 month or thereafter receiving writing acknowledgement from veterinarian on the spaying/neutering of this puppy. Registering your dog is a good way to show your support for the continuation of the breed, even if you do not intend to breed or show yourself. Registration is best done early.
